Bosques House

Bosques House, a ‘town house’ in Bosques del Valle, San Pedro Garza García, underwent a challenging renovation that involved demolishing walls, injecting structural reinforcements, and expanding spaces to connect them and fill the home with natural light. A demolition was carried out in the garden area to create a covered terrace with a grill on the second floor, which houses a full bathroom for the secondary bedroom. This project addressed the needs of a newlywed young couple, transforming a house with rustic finishes into a contemporary, elegant, and fresh space through the choice of clean textures, an earthy color palette, and strategic lighting elements.

The careful selection of furniture and carpentry, along with details such as strategically placed mirrors, openings, and a color palette that creates a sense of spaciousness, culminated in a design that provides an atmosphere full of calm, harmony, and good taste. This project not only focused on the physical structure but also on the interior aesthetics and functionality, achieving a comprehensive transformation tailored to the tastes and needs of the residents.
