AF House
AF House is located in the Colinas del Valle neighborhood in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The design of this house represented an impressive architectural challenge due to the complexity of the terrain it sits on.
The main challenge lay in the extremely rugged topography, with a slope of over 10 meters and an incline of more than 45 degrees.
Despite these difficulties, the project was masterfully resolved with a design that includes three levels: a basement for cars and a game room, a ground floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It also features an impressive terrace, from which one can enjoy spectacular views of the majestic Sierra Madre and the growing skyline of the city of Monterrey.
Inside, the spaces are notably spacious. The living room and dining room boast a double-height ceiling, allowing all interior spaces to benefit from excellent natural lighting and ventilation, creating a truly cozy and lively atmosphere.
