In this project, an expansion and remodeling of this house, originally designed by Gilberto Rodríguez for the Tec 167 Lottery, were carried out.

The extension consists of a spacious family room built on the garage slab, characterized by its double height and the incorporation of a mezzanine intended for a gym.

This multifunctional space serves not only as a family gathering area but also as a place for activities such as yoga practice.

The choice of materials is remarkable, highlighting the use of glass, steel, wood, and volcanic stone in the facade, which integrates perfectly with the original language of the house and the characteristic architectural aesthetics of Gilberto Rodríguez.
